These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and 711cuci ("711cuci", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://711cuci.cam ("Platform", "Site").

711cuci is an English-language online gaming platform operated for and targeted at Malaysian users. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an active Account on 711cuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the 711cuci Platform at any time. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. 711cuci reserves the right to close any Account found to contain false or misleading registration information.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on 711cuci or any affiliated platform.

To create an Account, you will be required to provide at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your password with any third party.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time 711cuci deems appropriate based on anti-money-laundering (AML) risk assessments, we may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence) dated within the last 3 months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet balance screen or bank account statement).

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. 711cuci will process submitted documents within 3 business days. Withdrawals remain suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed. 711cuci may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy ongoing AML obligations.

Members are responsible for notifying 711cuci promptly of any changes to their registered personal details by contacting customer support via live chat.

By using the 711cuci Platform, you agree to the following use restrictions and obligations:

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage;
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• You will not attempt to interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or the introduction of malware;
• You will not exploit any software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any identified bug must be reported to support immediately. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug may be voided;
• You will not use the Platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that facilitates financial crime;

711cuci reserves the right to monitor all account activity and investigate any suspected breach of these use restrictions. Where a breach is confirmed, 711cuci may void affected bets or games, suspend or terminate the Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits: 711cuci accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 711cuci processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for verified members during standard operating hours. Processing times may extend during public holidays or peak periods.

Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Gold VIP members may request elevated limits through their dedicated account manager. 711cuci reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments without prior notice.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50;
• Standard maximum per transaction: RM30,000 (subject to account tier);
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

Currency: All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the Platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. 711cuci applies no FX conversion markup on MYR transactions.

711cuci offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 25x) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Only wagers on eligible games contribute to meeting wagering requirements;
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, the maximum eligible bet per round or spin is RM20 or equivalent. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within 14 days of being credited unless a different period is specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Claiming a new promotion while a previous bonus is active is not permitted;
• Abuse Prevention: 711cuci reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings, and to close accounts, where systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or artificial wagering patterns, is detected;
• Crypto Deposit Bonus: The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) carries a 20x wagering requirement and is credited automatically upon confirmed crypto deposit.

711cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via on-site communication or email to their registered address.

All casino games offered on the 711cuci Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certifications are issued by independent third-party testing laboratories and are renewed regularly. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages across all players and cannot be guaranteed for any individual session.

Game Rules: Each game on the Platform operates according to its own published game rules, accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules govern for that specific game's mechanics, while these Terms govern all account and financial matters.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, 711cuci will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Incomplete game rounds resulting from technical failure will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Member's account balance. 711cuci is not liable for losses attributable to third-party network failures beyond our reasonable control.

Voided Games: 711cuci reserves the right to void any game round or betting transaction where evidence of technical error, data corruption, or software malfunction is identified, regardless of the displayed outcome.

711cuci offers sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA, Piala Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other international sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the following conditions:

• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that wager;
• Bet Acceptance: 711cuci reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed platform risk thresholds or that are suspected to be placed on the basis of inside information;
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, standard industry void rules apply. Bets on the voided event are returned to the Member's balance;
• In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to automated suspension during key match events (e.g., goals, cards, injury stoppages). Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted;
• Maximum Payout: Sports betting winnings are subject to a maximum single-event payout limit. Members approaching this limit will be notified prior to bet placement;
• Integrity: Any bet suspected of being placed in relation to match-fixing or irregular activity may be withheld pending investigation. 711cuci cooperates with recognised sports integrity bodies where required.

711cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Engagement in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotions;
• Charge-backs initiated with a payment provider in relation to genuine transactions;
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 711cuci reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance in full. Where closure occurs for reasons other than Member breach (e.g., voluntary closure), any legitimate Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's nominated payment method following completion of KYC, subject to AML checks.

All content on the 711cuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the overall Platform design — is the property of 711cuci or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 711cuci;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or game mechanics;
• Using 711cuci branding, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent.

Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 711cuci shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the Platform, including gambling losses;
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Technical failures, third-party network outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 711cuci's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

711cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect Member rights or obligations — 711cuci will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via on-site notification or email to the Member's registered address.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage Members to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 711cuci holds its gaming licence.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits 711cuci's right to seek emergency or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

711cuci operates internationally and is directed at Malaysian users. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is compliant with their local laws and regulations.
